Thank you for shopping at Insane Miata! This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions for the shipment of products purchased from our website.

1. Shipping Methods

  •  We offer several shipping methods to accommodate your needs. The available shipping methods may vary depending on your location and the products you have selected. These methods may include standard shipping, expedited shipping, and express shipping.

  •  Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method selected, the weight and dimensions of the package, and the destination address. You will be provided with shipping options and their respective costs during the checkout process.

  • Shipping calculators for delivery dates are not guaranteed and are subject to location of where the parts are shipping from and the carrier restrictions.

  • Please review your order status to determine how your order has shipped and use the tracking number supplied to monitor the progress of your shipment.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment has been confirmed, excluding weekends and holidays. However, please note that processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, and other factors.

  • We currently offer shipping to addresses within United States of America. If your country or region is not listed during checkout, please contact us for assistance.

4. Delivery Times

  • Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected, the destination address, and other factors beyond our control. Estimated delivery times are provided for each shipping method during the checkout process. Please note that these are only estimates and actual delivery times may vary.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your shipment and monitor its progress.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions or regulations imposed by local authorities or carriers. We reserve the right to refuse shipment of any product to locations where it is prohibited by law.

  • We ship almost all packages with a signature required for delivery. If you specifically want us NOT to require a signature for delivery, please make a notation in the "Order Comments" field you see on the order form.

7. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package. These charges will be displayed during the checkout process and added to the total cost of your order.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • We are not responsible for any lost or damaged shipments once they have been handed over to the carrier for delivery. However, if your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately so that we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

  • For international orders, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and other fees may be imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping charges paid at checkout.

   Frequently Asked Shipping Related Questions:

   Q: My order shipping transit time via Ground Shipping shows 3 Days. Why did I not receive my order in that time frame?
   A: Ground shipping transit time is not a guaranteed delivery. This is based on items shipped from our current location with best time forecasted by the shipping company. Some items may ship from one our many warehouses across the          US and can take longer to arrive to your shipping destination. Please use any of the faster methods to ensure your item arrives on time if you have any concerns about the delivery date.

   Q: My order shipping method says UPS, but you sent me a FedEx tracking number. Am I getting someone else's order?
   A: Here at Dfuser we use UPS Ground OR equivalent if you picked ground. Some orders may get shipped via Priority Mail if we determine that you will get your package sooner via that method. If you order something and want 1st, 2nd,          or 3rd day shipping we reserve the right to use the carrier of our choice if we determine your package will get there in the same time period.

   Q: My receipt says I was charged for 20lbs of shipping and the UPS tracking number only indicates that a 9lb package was shipped. Why did you charge me for a 20lb package?
   A: Some items are larger than others and we need to enter DIMENSIONAL weight for shipping cost accuracy, especially for larger items that need to ship with express shipping. Carriers such as UPS & FedEx charge by dimensions,                  rather than weight.

   Q: I received my item and upon opening it, the item is damaged! What do I do now?
   A: First, please DO NOT install the product. Retain all packaging material, the damaged item, and anything else that came with the product. Call us right away so we can start a damaged shipment claim.
